How to find us by car
We are located about 500 yards from junction 9 of the new inner ring road, just follow the signs to "Foundry Climbing Centre"
Customers can park for free in the Foundry Courtyard, or it is usually possible to park on the road outside (urban clearway restrictions apply).
From the North
Come off the M1 at junction 36 and take the A61 towards Sheffield. Follow the A61 through Grenoside and into Sheffield, travelling past Sheffield Wednesday football ground. Turn left off the A61 (signposted B6074, Rotherham) onto Neepsend Lane. Go straight on at the traffic lights (onto a 1-way street) which leads you onto Mowbray Street. The road then resumes as 2-way and we are located on the right about 200 yards along, roughly opposite Jewsons builders merchants.
From the South
Come off the M1 at juntion 33 and follow signs towards Sheffield. Follow the dual carriageway (Sheffield Parkway) into Sheffield, then follow signs for Ring Road North onto the newly completed section of the inner ring road. From here simply follow the signs for "Foundry Climbing Centre".
NOTE - Sat-nav will almost certainly try to take you across the large roundabout at the bottom of the Sheffield Parkway, but access is now restricted to buses only. If you find yourself at this roundabout, U-turn back up the dual carriageway and rejoin with the directions above.
From Hathersage and The Peak
Head into Sheffield and follow signs for Hospital A&E (adults). These signs will turn you left onto the inner ring road (dual carriageway) and bring you past the University of Sheffield (Brook Hill roundabout). Keep following the inner ring road downhill until you see signs for the M1 South/M18, follow these signs onto the newly completed section of the ring road. From here simply follow the signs for "Foundry Climbing Centre".

Bus number 53 - get off at Jewsons
From Sheffield Train Station, leave by the main exit and cross the road into the bus station (Sheffield Interchange), then walk through the bus station.
From the Bus Station walk up the hill (along Pond Street/Flat Street) into Sheffield City Centre. Once you come up the hill you will see the tram lines, turn left (uphill again) until you get to Castle Square Tram Stop. Alternatively the 53 bus (to Parson Cross) takes you straight past us.
From Castle Square Tram Stop (bottom of Fargate, in the City Centre), walk downhill between Co-Op and Argos (keeping the law courts and South Yorkshire Police HQ on your right) and cross the main road at the bottom. Then follow Bridge Street (almost straight on), keeping Irwin Mitchells Solicitors on your right. At the end of Bridge Street cross the dual carriageway and turn right onto Corporation Street (crossing over the river), then turn immediately left onto Mowbray Street (signposted "Foundry Climbing Centre"). We are located on the left about 500 yards along Mowbray Street, roughly opposite Jewsons builder's merchants.
