Coaching & Training
Our private coaching sessions can be tailored towards your bouldering, route climbing, or just overall technique. We can also use these sessions as a foundation for creating a training program.
Every 1:1 coaching session is different, just as every climber is different. you might have something you want to work on, or want a fresh and objective look at your climbing. Here a couple of session examples:
Working on the climbers mental approach and trying to get them to relax and perform better when leading.
Route reading, resting & pacing. Improving your climbing through better tactics.
Movement coaching. Working on your technical weaknesses.
Pre training plan session. for climbers that want a plan but are not at the level to complete a lattice assessment.
