Strength & Conditioning
A series of 8 1hr sessions targeting your individual weaknesses to create the strongest climbers possible. On the first session we start with 6 basic exercises and use these to tailor the future sessions to you, adapting to what you need to work on the most. We want to take what is best about traditional circuit training - the team spirit and group effort - but get rid of the one size fits all mentality.
