The campus board is the most effective and efficient tool for training Power and Power endurance and it’s use can be adapted to all levels. However, it is important to recognise that the campus board is a double edged sword: when used incorrectly, it has the potential to cause serious injury and render your training plan ineffective.

Learn how to warm up specifically for a campus session, and how to use the campus board in a safe, fun and effective way in two 6 week blocks of Power and Power Endurance.

*full membership is when you pay for a period of time such as a month or year rather than per entry. If you want to reserve a space on the Campus Skills session you still need to pay when you book but this can be refunded or carried over to the next session when you attend. If you do not turn up you will lose this fee.
