£60 per person for 8 sessions (inc. free wall entry to climb on that day)

 

We are offering circuit training with a twist this winter. A series of 8 sessions targeting your individual weaknesses to create the strongest climbers possible. On the first session we start with 6 basic exercises and use these to tailor the future sessions to you, adapting to what you need to work on the most. We want to take what is best about traditional circuit training - the team spirit and group effort - but get rid of the one size fits all mentality.

Each 1hr session consists of:

Stretching and Mobility to work out the kinks

Strengthening Exercises to get you stronger

Review & Development to tailor future sessions to your weaknesses
