Here you can download The Foundry's registration forms, fill them out, and drop them off at reception. It'll speed things up when you get to the centre.

Registration Forms

To make your visit to the centre as hassle free as possible, we've provided downloadable registration forms - you can fill these out and bring them to the centre upon your first visit to speed up the registration process.

For over 18's who are competent, experienced climbers

For over 18's who have experience of bouldering, but not roped climbing

For 14 - 17 year olds who are ready to take the Green Card Assessment

For 14 - 17 year olds who are ready to take the Leader Card Assessment

Conditions of Use

Please read the relevant conditions of use before registering. You won't be allowed to climb unless you have read and understood our conditions of use! (and we might even quiz you on it...)
