Outdoor Climbing Session Cancellation Policy

Cancelling or changing your session

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel more than 24 hours after booking, you will not be entitled to a full refund. The value of the refund will be at The Foundry Climbing Coaching Ltd’s discretion. If you need to cancel or change your session due to your serious illness or close family bereavement, please contact our Management Team as soon as you can. They will review your case and we may, in our discretion, offer you a fee waiver or voucher towards the value of a subsequent session, to be booked within two months. You may be asked to provide proof of these special circumstances.

You can change the date or time of your session up to a week in advance of the start date, after this period we will charge a re-booking fee of £100.

If we cancel or change your session

We may need to change your session/sessions times or cancel because of operational issues. If this happens, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as we can using the contact details you provided. If we cancel your session/sessions you can reschedule for an alternate date, or if you prefer you can get a full refund.
